„A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak. ...

„Absolutely breathtaking Aparthotel with kitchen, spacious bedroom and bathroom (with Bath)… loved it! Easy access with code to room and main door. Few croissants and drinks in fridge for you + porridge sachets (so kind - thank you). Had reached out prior to staying to ask if I could leave my luggage and had no response so losing one star because of that but their communication with access etc was top. „Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect.“

„We had a wonderful stay at the Old Fleece. The Studio apartment was lovely, spacious and had everything you could need for a few days away. A fantastic small kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and induction hob. The staff were wonderful, happy to help in any way. We will definitely visit again.“

„The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our stay as a basis to explore Gloucester and the northern Cotswolds. The docks with a choice of restaurants is in walking distance, parking for the car at the back with easy access. Beds were super comfy. Everything was clean. Perfect. We will be back! “

„We and our Red Setter had really three wonderful weeks in The Apple Store. Thanks for that. Everything you need is in place and we enjoyed walking in The Doward and down to the Wye river. We only can highly recommend The Apple Store. There are some many aweful place around to visit and most impressive the west coast of Wales, the Black Mountains and for sure Bristol ... “

"Gutes Hotel im gehobenen Preissegment. Das ist es meiner Meinung nach nicht Wert. Viele kostenlose Parkplätze, leider werden morgens die Wege durch die Reisebusse der Gruppenreisen versperrt. Soll ja auch niemand einen Schritt zu weit laufen. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, wird nach ein paar Tagen aber eintönig. Keinerlei Abwechslung, kein Käse..., nur englisch breakfast. Ist man gleich zu Beginn der Öffnungszeiten dort, ist einiges noch nicht fertig oder verfügbar. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant ist bemüht freundlich. Im Poolbereich wird schon eine halbe Stunde vor Schließzeit wird mit dem Aufbau der Reinigungsgeräte begonnen. Sicherlich möchte das Personal auch Feierabend haben, doch Kundenorientierung sieht anders aus. Der Poolbereich dürfte gerne auch innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten einmal grob gereinigt bzw. Aufgeräumt werden. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war gut. Fenster im Zimmer ließ sich nur sehr schwer öffnen. Es gab ausschließlich englische Fernsehsender. "
