„This is a nice, modern, cozy cabin which is close to everything Munising has to offer. It is tucked away in a little clearing down a dirt road so you get the experience of being away from it all in the woods while remaining close enough to the sites. The stars at night were beautiful. The owners are absolutely wonderful. The caretaker was very kind and baked us cookies. The beds are comfortable, and the water pressure is good. „My family had a great time at the cabin. Check-in was a breeze, we appreciated the option to check-in early at 2 pm. Full kitchen, wi-fi, board games, grill, firepit, all made for a relaxing and fun stay for us in the UP. One thing for renters to be aware of--there is no laundry at the cabin even though the description says there is; there are hookups but no washer and dryer. “

Hiked, biked, kayaked, cruised the Pictured Rocks. We love to sit outside in the evenings-Bayshore Park is an easy walk and a great place to unwind with a view. “

If you use them, just beware that you need to carry them to an access point. It is almost impossible to carry them down the hill. We had an issue when we used the numbered key pad to lock the door. „Everything was as described. We felt safe in the location. The kitchen was fully equipped and the table allowed for 4 adults and 2 small kids on the end to eat comfortably. We liked that there were multiple seating options in the living room and plenty of room for our kids to play on the floor. We were able to fit 2 twin blow up mattresses for the kids in one of the rooms, and we ended up moving one to the other room with space to spare. Would recommend!“
