„We stayed here for our son’s graduation. It is a ten minute ride from Cortland and nice and quiet. Do not let the outside full you as it could use some help. The owners have thought of everything they could possibly do on the inside. The Murphy bed on the main floor is a fantastic alternative to a pull out sofa. Excellent communication from the owners. „Although the owners were very responsive, we were disappointed in this property. The kitchen was very poorly stocked, there were not enough towels and the bed linens and pillows were old and flimsy. We contacted the owner and he arrived within 20 min with new towels and a few pillows. The bathrooms and the refrigerator could have been cleaner. “

„Wanted to kick the summer off with some great hikes of the waterfalls around Ithaca with the ability to walk to restaurants and coffee shops to start and end the day. This property was exactly what we needed.
