„Room was so clean . Lot of noise though young kids up and down halls late at night. Threw ice cubes all over floor and trash. Baseball teams I believe. First time I've had an issue.“

„Looks like they are trying to update the hotel rooms. The room was pretty small. And our comforter had a stain on it and the other bed sheets had 'dirt' or something on it, so probably not the cleanest. “

„Das dieses Hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen ist wussten wir ja. Aber das man so gar nichts mehr in Erneuerungen investiert kann ich nicht verstehen. Im Zimmer war ein ekelhafter Geruch. Erstmal gelüftet dann ging es. In der Nacht wieder der Gestank. Dann sagen wir unter dem Bett Schimmelbefall. An der Rezeption wurde nichts dagegen unternommen. Riesengroße Frechheit.Und für sowas Kaution verlangen falls was beschädigt wird. Auf unserem Roadtrip mit 12 Hotels mit riesem Abstand das schlechteste. ...

„Der Receptionist war sehr freundlich, hat alle zusätzlichen Fragen nett beantwortet. Zimmer grosszügig, Bad ebenfalls. Leider kein Fenster zum öffnen, da im Parterre. Zum Glück hat Klimaanlage funktioniert.“

„The guest service Michael is not friendly at all, it seems like we were bothering him, just because we asked for towels. His customer service is very poor. In this business where good hospitality manners are essential, Mr. Michael front desk attendant doesn’t have any skills, real bad customer service. He is a liability to this industry.☹️“

„Room was beautiful with big tv. My daughter loved the pool. Quick Doordash options and great free breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will def stay here again. “
