„This was such a great property! Completely unassuming from the outside and totally cozy and groovy on the inside. Laundry was huge bonus. Vinyl was pro-level. While early 20-something daughter may have initially groused about the pull-out, she was JUST FINE havng her own room.Carlton was such a sweet surprise and we had a really great weekend celebrating our fave Uni Grad with dear friends.I'll be back - maybe for longer next time!HIGHLY recommend.“

„We rented this so we could visit our son’s family. We wanted just somewhere to rest our heads in the evenings and to eat breakfast. This was lovely had everything we needed. We are both over 60 and have no issues with steps. So the steps to the loft were not an issue. The place was clean.The owner was responsive with our questions. Convenient to the Max.“

„We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family. The house was very clean and the decor was stylish and comfortable. We prepared quite a bit of food in the kitchen which was well supplied. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pup and the extra amenities of dog blankets and towels were appreciated. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.“

„We had such a great time and kept marveling at how nice this property is. Clean, spacious, incredibly well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and a nice little backyard space. The commercial part of St. Johns is just a 12-minute walk away, where there are coffee shops, a vegan restaurant, a Korean restaurant, a cozy spot for handmade pasta, some bars, and a small movie theater. „The home is small, but mighty! Two couples and a one-year-old spent two nights here to host visitors coming for the one-year-old's birthday. We wanted to reduce the baby's time spent in cars and juggling from strange place to place, and this home was perfect. Our grandson was easy to keep an eye on as he wandered the small space. „Very comfortable! Accommodations were abundant. Very very close to downtown. My friends and I loved the decor and nature surroundings. The patio was very relaxing! It all felt luxurious. Lots of notes left around the home to assist with offerings and seamless functionality of furnishings. Clean! Vicki was communicative. Would love to book again in the future!
