"My stay at this hotel was very disappointing overall. The lift was out of order during my entire stay, which was very inconvenient, especially with luggage. In addition, the entire building was in an unhygienic condition, with thick layers of dust visible everywhere. My room also did not give the impression of having been thoroughly cleaned, as there were clear traces of dirt on almost all surfaces. I found it particularly disturbing that the bed linen was discoloured and I discovered dried bloodstains on both the pillow and a towel. Furthermore, the sink only provided extremely hot water, making it impossible to use normally. Overall, my stay was unacceptable and I cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances."
