The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the street noise and handful of homeless people both of which could be heard at night. I expected a little less noise being on 29th floor. The building itself needs some additional sprucing up before I would give it a 5 star rating however the condo has been recently updated and you can forget about the exterior ...
