Experience lake living nestled among the serene woods in the picturesque Abbey Springs community. Step inside to discover an expansive open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and walls of windows that flood the space with natural light, perfect for hosting friends and family gatherings or enjoying quiet moments. Conveniently located near all the exclusive Abbey Springs amenities, within just a short walk/golf cart ride away to the recreation center, golf course, private beach, yacht club, and more

The first floor contains all three bedrooms, with the primary bedroom having a private attached full bathroom, the second bedroom king bed and shared full bathroom, and third bedroom with two full-sized bunk beds(4 full size mattresses), shared bathroom and games galore. In-unit washer/dryer and entryway doorbell and patio security camera. The main floor features an open-concept design that integrates the oversized living room, dining room, kitchen, "Kids Club" loft, bar area, fireplace, full size bathroom and a deck featuring a grill, outdoor TV, and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the wooded surroundings complete this unique property.

Our group of 6 loved our December stay! There was room for us all to cozy up on the couch next to the fire. A table large enough for game night and meals. This place was very clean and everything thing you hope to fine was available plus it was decorated for the holidays.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxury lake house. The house is simply fabulous! It is indeed a luxury lake retreat with a spacious and inviting open floor plan. The decor is light and contemporary with country farm accents and plenty of comfortable seating. Very clean and comfortable! Our hosts went above and beyond to make the stay welcoming which included towel sets and individual toiletries for each member of our family, a welcome basket of snack treats and holiday decor, including lighted garland on the staircases and a Christmas tree by the fireplace. This was totally unexpected and made the house even more inviting. What a pleasant surprise! The kitchen is extremely well equipped with cookware, stoneware and abundant cooking/household supplies. Bedrooms and bathrooms are also clean and contemporary. The double bunk room is a child’s wonderland, not only comfortable, but furnished with both an audio hockey game and a shuffleboard table. Books and board games are plentiful. Our grandkids were in awe! The bonus loft “man cave” was also a special retreat for the kids who felt they completely owned the space with its game station and TV. The on property clubhouse and indoor pool were an added attraction for our weekend getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed the included access to these amenities. Our extended weekend was entirely relaxing and enjoyable! We will definitely look forward to a return stay here in the future!

Perfect Girls’ Weekend Getaway!This was our 2nd annual weekend at this beautiful lake house, and it was just as wonderful as the first time! The home is spacious, clean, and so comfortable — truly feels like a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.We had so much fun cooking, laughing, and making memories together. Can’t recommend this spot enough for a relaxing and fun getaway with friends or family. We’re already looking forward to next year!

The host has provided a beautiful home. It is clean, well stocked and there is nothing you could want for that she has not provided. We have stayed at other locations and this is by far superior to those. Communications with the host were always answered immediately and we received all the information we needed for our stay. Check in was great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Great Summer Vacation home

This 3 bedroom 3 bath home was very clean and comfortable for our family stay. Our two grandchildren loved the many games. bunk beds and loft area for activities. The home was recently decorated and well maintained. The house was close to the pools, beach, and pickleball courts. The golf cart was very convenient to get around. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is well stocked with everything you would need (not just a well equipped kitchen, but beach chairs, games, beach towels), immaculate and simply beautiful. Highly recommended!!

Outstanding rental property for our stay with 4 adults and one infant. The condo was very clean and had everything you would possibly need for trips to the beach, pool or just hanging out. The deck, Bluetooth speakers, outdoor TV and a variety of games and activities added to the fun. The rooms all had plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped for dining in. We loved hopping on the golf cart to explore the community. The property was conveniently located within walking distance of the clubhouse. The owners were super helpful and responsive and even reached out to us when there was a power outage nearby to make sure everything was okay. We would happily stay here again!

Best VRBO ever!

Juliana is a fabulous host. She was very responsive even with some of my silly questions! The home has the most amenities we’ve ever had. Lots of spices, towels for the pool/beach, fun toys for the kids, beach chairs, lots of cleaning supplies and even some detergent for the washers, etc. Many little things others don’t have.The home is beautifully decorated and is so homey and clean. We absolutely want to come back.

Great Girls Weekend Digs

This property was perfect for our girls weekend! So spacious and comfortable. Plenty to do in the area. Everything was clean and well stocked. Lots of small touches to make it really special. We had our annual girls’ weekend here (group of 8) and it was absolutely perfect! Beautiful house, bedrooms and bathrooms were great. A Perfect Weekend Getaway!

This property is stunning, located in a picturesque community. Our group of eight had an amazing girlfriend getaway, and everything exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was well-equipped, complete with a welcome basket of snacks. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the place was spotless. The design and decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. What a wonderful home! Juliana has thought of everything! Much thought went into planning the space and decorating this home. We would stay here again! Kitchen well equipped, bathrooms had everything we needed and the kids room/loft area were adorable!! The location for us was perfect! The amenities of Abbey Springs were great- golf, swimming pool, beach, tennis and 2 restaurants right on property! Beautiful Vacation Home-Away-From-Home!

We found this condo to be perfect for us and our friends with two downstairs bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms. There was a wonderful bunk room which we didn’t use but would be great for couples with children. The big sectional in the living room upstairs was so comfortable and the wonderful big banquette table was the best we’ve ever seen. It would have easily accommodated all of our family of 11 had we been traveling with our children and grandchildren. We loved the open concept upstairs with a beautifully appointed kitchen. We also loved all the windows with built-in shades. The entire condo was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Also, all the decor was so attractive. This beautiful condo in a gated community at Fontana on the Lake was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. Thanks to Juliana for keeping us informed and for answering all our questions promptly. We also appreciated the offer to use the golf cart, which we ended up not using.
