„We absolutely loved our stay at Hunters Hideway! It was very peaceful and equipped with everything we needed. We did get a bit lost getting there at first but contacted the host and they were helpful in getting us there in no time. We would definitely stay again!“

All screen doors leading into the cabin have locks. The screened in porch has locks. The porch entrances can be closed off. The side yard is fully enclosed. Every trip either my wife or I would have to hover around him, and it was nice to know he could not leave on his own accord. We were actually able to relax together ...

„Such a hidden gem! Let me start by saying the pictures are great but the cabin turned out to be so much better in person. My family and I booked this stay over Thanksgiving break and it was perfect. This was our first time staying somewhere for Thanksgiving & it’s almost like the host knew there were a few items we had forgotten spices, dishes, etc that were readily available with so much more. „This was the second time I have stayed in this cabin. It is located very conveniently to the Townsend entrance to GSMNP. It is cozy and attractive. If you have kids, there are marbles, games, and books, a corn hole set for adults or kids, and plenty of places to sit and enjoy nature. I sat in the screened porch to drink my coffee most mornings, and watched a pileated woodpecker for half an hour one evening. I will definitely be back!“

„Four ladies and a dog! We converged from Alaska, Colorado, Montana and South Carolina for a trip to explore and experience Tennessee. We picked a great place to just be and to travel out and explore from. We hiked a couple trails close to the house. Gold Mine Trail and Look Rock. We took a day trip to Townsend and the Tuckaleechee Caverns. It was an awesome tour and we really enjoyed the people at the Little River Pub and Deli!
