„A cozy hotel perched on the top of the mountain in Font Romeu. Hotel is right in town and you can easily walk to restaurants. Staff were very friendly. Room was very clean and had a wonderful view of the mountains and valley below.“

The hotel advertises WiFi, but in reality it only works in a small part of the building. As I was there for work, this made my stay unworkable. I contacted reception to explain I needed to leave early, but received no response. When I finally spoke to someone (reception is rarely staffed), a refund was refused despite the misleading information.
