This condo is the perfect spot for families or groups of 7-9 people looking for the ultimate Folly Beach experience. With two master suites, a bunk bed room and a large couch for extra guests, this condo will provide everything you need. Hang out and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic ocean on the spacious balcony. Watch the sunrise over the Folly Beach Pier. Enjoy those lazy beach days just steps from your own vacation haven or relax by the condo's private pool and hot tub. Private covered parking and private storage closet.



Guest Access:

As a guest at the condo you will have access to the entire condo, a designated covered parking spot 1B, locked storage shed, pool, and beach access across the street.



We also offer a golf cart for an additional rate. Please inquire with us about seasonal rates.

The Neighborhood:

The beach and restaurants are open!



The condo is located in the Pavilion Watch. The Pavilion Watch consists of several single family condos with private amenities just for the Owners and Guests staying at the facility. Each condo has a private entrance on one side and a private balcony facing the ocean on the other side. The condo is located on the corner of West Arctic and Folly's Famous Center street. We are walking distance to Blu's Beach front cocktail bar, Surf Bar, Jack of Cups, Snapper Jacks, Woody's Pizza, McKelvins Surf shop, Wiki Wiki and several other local Folly Favorites.



Folly Beach is a city on Folly Island, in South Carolina, just south of Charleston. It’s home to Folly Beach Pier, stretching more than 1,000 feet into the ocean. Center Street is lined with surf and souvenir shops. Folly Beach County Park has picnic areas and a pelican rookery. As well as beaches and wildlife-rich habitats, Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve has views of Morris Island Lighthouse, completed in 1876.



Getting Around:

We are centrally located so you can park your car and walk every where. Ask us about renting a golf cart. You can uber to the Downtown Charleston. An uber ride from Folly to downtown Charleston is normally 25 minutes. Use this coupon code for $$ off your first few Uber rides kellyg247.

We want to reassure our guests they will be entering a clean and safe environment on their vacation.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Folly Beach is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
