„The cabin is very nice, clean and beautiful location. Inside was very nice. It is a bit of a walk with luggage from the parking area to the cabin. Perhaps the owner could invest in a cart of some sort to help with this, especially for older clients.“

„The cabin was all that I could have wished for. Clean, inviting, and yes! Very cozy. Less than a mile from the state park & plenty of places nearby to visit. We opted to stay in the downstairs “master suite”, the first floor full size bed was simply too soft for us. Loved the back porch with gas grill & fire pit. Spent lots of quality time there. TV reception iffy in the evenings but not an issue for us.“

„Our stay at the remote cabin was enjoyable and comfortable. The amenities furnished helped make our stay relaxing. There was nothing lacking. We woke to a chilly 38 degrees outside but the cabin was warm. Pat is a fine host! Glad we had a truck to cross the small stream on our way up to the cabin.“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pontificator's Perch! The location was very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and for exploring the area. The house was nicely appointed, comfortable and had lots of room, and the view from the deck was amazing.“

„We totally enjoyed the tiny house and will recommend it to family and friends. Host answered all questions in prompt manner. There is a parking pad with a hill that some might not be able to maneuver, but if you have a vehicle that can park down at the bottom at the cabin you can avoid walking the hill. It was so peaceful and relaxing there! “
