„Even though there was not much around it to make it easy to walk to get something to eat or do, the room was updated and very nice; the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was a difference maker. I arrived early and the front desk support let me know check in was 4 pm and if I wanted to pay extra I could get in earlier. I waited instead, and within a short time they notified me that my room was ready (within an hour) and at no extra charge. I would stay here again ...

Schade, denn ansonsten sehr gut!“

„Staff helpful good explanations and gave good advice how to remedy extremely cold room. Saw bugs by pool area but no big deal. Pool hours very limited. Restaurants close early at 9 pm with no room service or fitness. Great pet room but pet fee is higher and property fee very high compared to most hotels even high end hotels. Would not stay there again. Was not enough value for the money spent.“

„Room was shabby. Front desk hard to understand. Charged $15. parking fee for a low rate facility. Breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. The croissants were hard as rock and smelled, the eggs were like rubber, no bacon or butter and the sausage, we feed our dog better. We are totally unhappy with our stay there. We are active users of Expedia, but I had to get this off my chest. In fact, I am waiting for a refund.“

„The rooms were small not very clean, extremely loud HVAC.“

„Very friendly helpful staff and clean.“

„Sehr gut gelegen. Parkhaus direkt am hotel.“

„Underground parking is a nice option. Don’t like that it’s an up charge though!“

„Very unfriendly and aggressive reception, lots of bugs in the accommodation, traffic and train noise, breakfast was 1 apple, 1 maffin, 1/2 orange juice, heating fan extremely loud“
