„The location is perfect (walking distance to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, etc.) in the NSB area. Helpful to have access to their beach accessories. 4-bathrooms was great for our group getting ready for a wedding. Just make sure your expectations are set reasonably. There may be some sand, mold, etc. (as common in beach vacation rentals), but it worked perfect for what we needed. “

„We rented this property for a mother/daughters trip. We had 3 moms, 3 daughters (25) and one 2mo old infant. The house fit all of us perfectly, there was so much room. The new mom was able to have her own section of the house where we did not have to be quite all the time worrying about waking the baby. The house was so clean and had verything you need to have the best stay. The host is so kind and very quick to respond. 10/10 will be staying here every year for our annual trip. “

„This house fit our needs as far as the size, perfect for a large group. The lower level is beautifully decorated. The upper bath is quite dated, and right before we arrived, we were told the upper shower was leaking & were asked to avoid using it for the month we were there. Not ideal.The pool & hot tub were tricky to get to a preferred temperature, it took some time for the hot tub to warm up. There are some things in the house that need fixing, mostly minor, but they didn’t prevent us from ...

„My teenage son and I stayed for 5 nights, with the idea to have easy access to the beach and have a home base to explore the area. It worked out really well: Brian was responsive and helpful and the unit was clean and conveniently laid out. The location is great: a quiet street with the beach around the corner, and close to a beautiful area for kayaking and fishing. I really liked that it included kayaks, fishing poles, bikes, and beach gear to use. We had a great experience!“
