The host thought of every possible need when furnishing this condo for guest. Speaking of the host, she responded to every question within minutes and provided us with a plethora of information that made our stay so easy and she was just a sweetheart. „Everything looked as shown in photos. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. Everything was spotless. Beds were comfortable. The view was amazing, we were able to see 2 rocket launches during our stay and several cruise ships coming and going. The condo is located up 2 flights of stairs but there is adequate railing. „We are a family of four and spent a week in Kathleens beach home. Cozi, perfect, well equipped and a lot of lovely details. The pool and the hot tub were very convenient as well. Towels, beach chairs, a surfboard invited to visit the beach near by. Would love to book again, Birgit and family“

„The location is great. Condo very clean and well equipt. Beach chairs and toys for the kids available for use. Owner was very accomodating and allowed us to bring our large breed dog which often is not allowed. The only issue we had was we did not know about a county ordinance that does not allow dogs(even on a leash) on the beach. We saw plenty of dogs on the beach everyday but since we were told of the ordinance on day two; we did not go on the beach as a family the remainder of the trip ...

„Wir hatten tolle 13 Nächte in dieser Wohnung. Einkaufen, Restaurants, Bars waren ausreichend in der Nähe. Eine Garage ist vorhanden, mussten wir aber nie nutzen, weil immer ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden waren. Die Wohnung ist die beste Lage im gesamten Komplex. Von der Terasse aus ist man direkt am Strand und vom Eingang aus direkt am Pool. Einziger Nachteil: Der Durchgangsverkehr zum Strand nervt manchmal, wenn man auf der Terasse sitzt.
