„This is nothing of what is advertised. This is a bait and switch location and the pictures are NOT current. Outside area is falling apart, dirty, and just plain shocking. Refused to spend a single hour here and rented another property. Currently have a claim open with Vrbo and my bank to get my money back. Host was seemingly lovely to work with but was never told the property was not up to par with description and advertised pictures. Beyond disappointed after flying in from out of state. “

„Pros..Bed and pillows were super comfortable! Nice amentities like tiki bar, outside pool, and arcade center. Good facility, with boat docking and a restraunt. Cons... shower and sink in the room had a very hard time draining. I did not say anything because i checked in super late and when i checked out at 4am there was no one at the front desk to tell. Towels were in a drawer by the sink that i had no clue about. They had very small towes hanging up by the shower so i thought that was all they ...

„We arrived and the outside area was very messy compared to the photos. Also the camper stunk of sewage so bad we could not continue to stay. Inside the camper there were bugs in the shower. When contacted we did not get a refund and basically were told there was nothing they can do. The owner had not connected the sewage correctly which caused the smell, they did fix it but it was too late. “

„Place was excellent, great location, very modern and updated. Just a few moments walk to Pass-a-Grille Beach on the gulf side, a bit of a walk to the dog beach. We never needed the car for the 3 days we were there. Modern appliances, and everything needed for our stay, including a nice laundry. Great beach stuff, including a beach buggy for hauling chairs, umbrellas, cooler and etc. We and the dog loved the outside fenced area! Communicative host even over the Christmas Holidays.“
