„Hotel is beautiful, but still lacks basic customer service details. We inadvertently left our “do not disturb” on for entire day while we were diving, so no housekeeping came (understandably.) However when we asked for potable water, they never brought it, nor when I asked for housekeeping to come later they never did. Soap was out in women’s pool bathroom, and breakfast was meh; mostly Indonesian dishes and the pastries were stale. The location is great and the design of the hotel is stunning, ...

„The choices of the Menu is limited, but it’s enough to fill the stomach. The Room is clean and it is really a Hotel for family holiday. The Problem is the hotel is far away from everywhere and nothing is around the Hotel within walking distance. I Hope in the Future the Situation will change“
