„Absolutely wonderful! The room and the lake is the destination. No desire to go elsewhere for entertainment. The lofts are a fantastic idea. 5 of us in 2 bedrooms and we hardly noticed each other. Plenty of room. The antiques in the rooms are beautiful and they function! What an excellent experience!“

Nice water pressure. Kitchen has a working retro-looking fridge & microwave. Easy to access door code & ice available onsite. We enjoyed the view of the lake from the dining table & the adirondack chairs on the lawn. Its August, so many plants & grass have died back, & no train went by on our visit. ...

The lake was beautiful which added to a beautiful sunset. The train passed twice in the afternoon, but it was not loud. I actually found it to be quite interesting “
