„We booked this place as we needed a washing machine & the right amenities in the middle of our trip. There was no washing machine, even though it was stated on the features. The showers flooded. No outside pool area. There was no one there to check out - we were checking out at 9:15am, which again stated it was staffed at. We nearly missed our train and had to just leave the keys to an empty reception desk. For the money we paid, we definitely do not believe it is worth it.“

„Das Hotel war bezaubernd, das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im 3. Stock hofseitig, weshalb es in der Nacht angenehm ruhig war. Die Matratze war fester und damit sehr bequem, die Kopfpölster perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll zubereitet und täglich frisch und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.“

„The B&B is very well located very close to the city center (Duomo). Room is with modernized amenities, very nice shower and bathroom. Very comfy space and everything is super clean. The people we interacted with either on line or at the room were really nice with us. The person that cleans the room helped us get a Taxi to the airport, as our phone was having issues to connect locally. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to visit Florence. „Great location, very convenient. The guesthouse is really secure and feels just like you are living in Florence for your trip. It is clean, well equipped and looked after nicely. The owner is lovely, extremely helpful and always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again should I come back to Florence in the future.“
