„The hotel was convenient for traveling on I95, clean and comfortable. The problem we had was with payment. I booked prior to arrival through Expedia, using both Expedia credit on our account and paying the balance with my credit card. When we checked in we showed the Expedia receipt and booking, but were informed we needed to pay a deposit fee that would be reimbursed. Instead we were charged again for the same room at a different rate. When I showed the person working the desk the next morning ...

„Very clean and modern. The refrigerator did not have a freezer and there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room. It was a bit more expensive than the Comfort Suites next door, which does have these items. We stayed at Tru on a drive south to Florida and had ice packs we were using for food-hence why we were disappointed no freezer. Otherwise, the beds were SUPER comfortable!!!!“

„Hilton Garden Inn was a confortable stay. We stayed over night on a trip home from visiting family in Florida. The room was spacious and comfortable. In addition, the fitness center was adequate for a morning work out. It had come to our attention the hotel is being renovated, so I would like to suggest add a door to the one bedroom suite so it can be utilized better. “
