Property has farm animals, peacocks and pea fowl, small dogs, a cat, Horses, steers, chickens and a turkey. Wildlife are possible to see as well. No Smoking, No Vaping, No Alcohol, No Hard cider, No events or Parties. Liability issues. Fine for violation is $500. It is not worth us loosing our insurance because guests feel they are entitled to do what they want to do. If that sounds harsh, then please rent some where else. Thank you.
