„Upon arriving to the property we were told they would send the door code. After several messages and a phone call they sent us a code after 4 pm. The first code they sent was wrong and had to call back a second time to get the right code. Once we entered the house we found mouse droppings all over the house including on the bed! Called again and asked for a refund as we left and got a hotel room. Did not receive a refund and they will no longer speak to me! Terrible mouse infested property! ...

„We were disappointed with our stay due to several issues that significantly impacted our experience.When we arrived, the outdoor trash cans were already completely full, so we had nowhere to dispose of our trash and had to keep it bagged in the garage for the duration of our stay. The grass had not been mowed, and tree branches along the driveway scratched our vehicles when entering and leaving the property.We also found what appeared to be black mold in one of the downstairs bedroom closets, ...
