„Much effort was given to make the rental comfortable for us as guests. The kitchen was well stocked with a great attention to details. The host even included a s’more kit to use with the outdoor fire pit. It looked as if there had been a recent renovation and updated decor which showed great care by the host. „My friend and I brought our kids for a spring break get away. We loved having extra room to spread out! We enjoyed being about 30 mins from downtown. Our youngest child was 2, and we were thankful she’s completely fine on steps, as there are a lot! We enjoyed having a big kitchen and dining room to have family dinners at the end of our days. “

„This was a great property for a family get together. Great outdoor area for gathering a large family with plenty of parking and seating. The weather was nice so most of out time was spent outdoors. Several family members were local to KC but several flew in from out of town, so the close proximity to the airport made for easy pick-up an commute. Very close to downtown KC for a quick trip into the city to see the sights.Brandon was very responsive to any questions I had,“

„We chose this house as it could accommodate 8 ladies for the night. We were able to prepare a full steak dinner with the kitchen supplies. So much room in this home and many bathrooms! It was perfect for our weekend.“

„There were 5 of us who all brought sewing machines to set up. We used the living room as our sewing room and set up our cutting station in the foyer. Ironing board and design board set up in the dining room. We appreciated having the downstairs bathroom. Even with the rain, sleet and snow we were cozy, sewing away in our farmhouse.“

„Beautiful property, just as described. Really enjoyed the stay! Owner of the property responded to questions prior to visit. I think we just had different personality types, love the “thanks the booking or you have a good weekend too” just to feel more welcomed would have felt good, who knows though I’m sure she is busy and maybe more just down to business. Again, great experience being in such a beautiful place. “

„We did not realize the Property Manager lived on the 3rd floor of the home, and parked in the driveway. It wasn’t too much of an issue, was just a shock when we arrived and saw the side door was open and there were people working on her private stairwell. Location is a short drive to downtown - do not recommend walking in the neighborhood, although we felt safe enough outside on the property. Beautiful home, very large rooms. “

Historisches Hotel in zentraler Lage

"Das Hotel aus den 1930er Jahren ist sehr schön im Art Deco Stil gestaltet. Die Lage in der Stadt ist sehr zentral, alles ist zu Fuß oder mit der kostenlosen Metro, die ebenfalls nur 100 m entfernt ist, zu erreichen. Auch die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, aber etwas abgewohnt. Die Klimaanlagen sind sehr veraltet, lassen sich nicht abstellen und rauschen rund um die Uhr wie ein Wasserfall. Der Service an der Rezeption, die teilweise noch nicht einmal besetzt war, war zum Teil unerträglich. Sowohl unfreundlich als auch unprofessionell. (Mit Ausnahme einzelner Mitarbeiter tagsüber)."
