Hotels Flatwoods

„Very clean and cozy beds! The breakfast here is one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel! On weekends though it doesn’t start until 7am. We were up super early so it would have been nice if it started at 6am. No complaints on anything else.“

„Excellent stay. Especially for this reasonable price point. I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels that had less friendly service. Not only was the staff very helpful at this Best Western was so clean, quiet, great shower pressure and shower head. I would definitely stay here again.“

„Helpful staff, clean hotel, stay here if in the area“

„Not pet friendly and needs new management.“

„Price point was excellent and not far from our event at Marshall University! On site restaurant was very good“

„Very convenient to the Highway. Property lacked sufficient parking and the grounds had minimal landscaping, etc, but the room was very clean and comfortable. I thought the rate was a bit high for the property, but I would stay here again.“

„Aufgrund der durchweg schlechten Bewertungen , speziell für den Parkservice haben wir das Hotel nicht genutzt.“

„alles okay, sehr freundlich und sehr geräumige Zimmer. Gute Ausstattung. Frühstück okax und reiches Angebot“

„Nice place, only downfall was that the elevators went out overnight. Thus we had to lug our suitcases down the stairs. But everything else was great.“

„The property is very well updated and clean. Great place to stay with dogs“

„Das Hote ist gut gelegen, nur 15 Minuten von Ashland entfernt und sehr ruhig.“

„Desk clerk Shannon was a total jerk. She was confrontational and should be fired. Several bulbs were burned out. The light switch between the beds was either installed upside down or wired backwards. The A/C register is so close to the bed that you cannot walk on that side. Breakfast was a joke. The fake food is very basic and has no taste. People sit outside the entrance and smoke or spit. They don't wash it down.“

„All“

„The place is older and needs renovated. Clean and kind staff.“

„Very clean and cozy cabin! Great price! Looking forward to checking in again this weekend!“

„While the property is in need of a facelift, the mattress was very comfortable! The bedding in our room was yellowed and didn’t smell clean. I called the front desk to get new pillowcases, but was told the office was locked. 🤔The towels were very thin but clean. The breakfast area was nice and food was ok! The motel is next to a busy train track with trains running all night. I must say at least the price was good!“

„Pros: staff and dog friendly Cons: not clean, not kept up, bathroom door broken, toilet rocked, shower looked dirty, bathroom sink cracked, AC barely worked, sat something in front of door because it didn't feel secure, infested with stink bugs and had spiders“
