„We overall loved our stay, but I had messaged the host 3 times prior and she never responded. On the day of arrival we were driving from 4 1/2 hours away and had not gotten check-in directions and had to contact VRBO, after email and phone call attempt's. Once we got those directions, all was well. I never saw anywhere it say there was 31 steps up to the house and also that the driveway to the house was a tight private driveway.
