Experience your own little paradise in the pines! Our inviting 3-acre home is the ideal getaway for medium to large groups to enjoy! With a full-size sand volleyball court, fire pit, outdoor seating areas, and a basketball hoop. When the golden sun sets over the high peaks, take out our telescope to explore the stars and enjoy the night sky. *Additional guest home available w/extra fees*Far enough to escape, close enough to have what you need! We can`t wait to host you!

***The home does have central heating for winter months. We do NOT have central air conditioning for the summer. We do provide portable air conditioners in several areas of the home***

Below are the basic layouts of both the main home as well as the optional guest home:

Basic layout of the Main home:
Master bedroom: King bed, walk-in closet, Full bath w/walk-in shower
Guest bedroom 1: Queen bed + Full bed
Guest bedroom 2: Two(2) queen beds
Guest bathroom: Across the hall between Guest bedrooms 1 & 2
Bunk bed nook: Next to the garage in a small nook. The space here is quite small. We would not recommend to our guest for adults to be using this space.

Master bed: Queen
Game room + Bunk room: Bunk bed (Three twin beds. Yes... 3 (Three) :)
Laundry room + Full bathroom

The guest home is available for an additional $200.00 a night (Plus taxes) with a two-night minimum. Please inquire before booking if available. Fees will be charged sperate to your booking after your reservation for the main home has been made.

*There is an additional fee for having pets. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.
Please note: The Foxtail plant is native to this area. This plant can be dangerous (but not poisonous) to animals when inhaled or consumed due to the sharp, barbed seeds. We kindly suggest inspecting your pet`s skin, fur, mouth and nose after each outing.

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.
-No Parties: We have a strict `No-party policy`. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to the owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee.
-No FIRES outside of the designated gas fire pit. Fine $200.00 + Cost of cleanup
-The guest home can be rented for an additional $200 flat rate per night. Subject to availability
