You have full access to the entire downstairs unit and outside patio with outdoor couch as well as front yard common area, which includes fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor beach shower. (First come first serve!)

This is a duplex. You will most likely have neighboring guests, unless you rent out the entire property!



This is a downstairs, first floor, ocean facing unit.



Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. This is strictly enforced to honor our neighbors and the city permit!
