Our Oceanside Luxury Condo features oceanfront living in Flagler Beach! Enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean and sunsets over the Intracoastal.

Located on the first floor this unit gives you the advantage of being able to walk to the beach! This condo features 3 bedroom with 3 full baths along with every amenity your group would want and need in this ideal location. All bedrooms have an en-suite, which is perfect for multi-family guests. Views of the ocean can be seen from the master bedroom and living area. The unit boasts custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and brilliant granite counters in kitchen and baths. The master has a large en-suite with dual vanity and separate shower.

The building has two under complex parking spaces and an elevator from the garage to your doorstep. There is a community heated pool with jacuzzi to enjoy during those chilly months.

This beachfront condo is close to restaurants, attractions and Flagler Beach pier.

This property will allow up to two dogs (no cats) under 50 pounds, which must be housebroken. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Any pet over the limit must obtain approval.
** Please Note - There will be a beach nourishment along our coastline starting Summer 2025. Certain areas may be blocked off while working.

HOUSE RULES:
Please read each of the rules carefully in order to avoid any danger, deductions from your security deposit or additional charges to your credit card upon check-out.
- Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
- Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
- In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
- We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, DJs or BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Please be respectful of the neighbors at all time.
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (10) at any time. Guest MUST select the correct number of guests staying during the reservation. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.
- No more then three (3) vehicles allowed.
- No smoking/vaping. If any evidence of smoking/vaping is found there will be a $245 additional cleaning charge.
- Do NOT place luggage on furniture or linens. Any damage or stains to furniture or linens will be charged to the guest.
- Guests will need to complete required HOA paperwork prior to arrival, which will be sent via DocuSign to your email. If we do not have your email please contact us.

Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the location, which was convenient and quiet. The property was nicely appointed and clean. The check in and out process went smoothly. There were 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the most important factor when choosing this property was the owner’s willingness to accept our Yorkie, who is a contributing member of our family. The only suggestions we would make would be to have a beach umbrella and chairs and a wagon to transport beach items available for guests to use while staying there. It’s not always feasible to bring these items when traveling. The last suggestion I would strongly make would be to upgrade mattresses in both adult bedrooms because the current mattresses are extremely uncomfortable and hard to rest comfortably upon. The one in the King bedroom is uneven, with dips in one side of the bed. The one in the Queen bedroom is a little better, but not much. Other than those things, everything was great!

Clean, well stocked rental. Owner put extra effort into thinking of all rental needs and that is highly appreciated when arriving late after a long day of travel. Quite neighborhood. Highly recommend for a relaxing family atmosphere.

Nice 3-bedroom first floor condo across the street from beach. Well stocked kitchen. Underground parking with elevator. Flagler Beach is small and doesn’t have a lot to offer but can easily drive to St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. Although owner allows dogs, this condo complex is not pet friendly. A lot of rules and we were hassled by neighbor and HOA about where we could walk our dog on the property, even with threats of being removed from property if we didn’t follow the rules, which we felt we were doing.

With adult children and conflicting schedules, it had been several years since we had all been under one roof at the beach. I don't believe we could have planned a better time. The condo was nice, clean and large enough to gave each of us our own space. I heard "Best vacation ever!" multiple times.

My husband and I wanted a vacation spot where we could be near our friends who lived 5 miles from there, plus take my parents and our grandkids. The house is beautiful. Stocked with all you will need and plenty of storage. It was perfect and we hope to be back again.

We had a great time here. The condo was clean, handy to the beach, and all the amenities were just what we needed to enjoy a week on vacation. The property manager was quite responsive to our questions and the only concern we had (low smoke alarm battery) was corrected the same day.
