„They are very unprofessional. Even though I had 2 room reservation for my family, when I checked in they said we have no room reserved. I had to find another hotel by taxi in that time. I never faced this before. That gave me a lot of unnecessary pain after 8 hours of journey. I highly recommend to avoid this hotel.“

„The property wasn't even close to what is shown in the picture. The room allocated was a super congested room seperated with some ply wood “

„We have booked online after then hotel receptionist told me that we dnt hv any room right now so u can cancel your booking. He told me that expedia cant update us for booked room so we dnt hv any room right now. So worst experince from this booking.“

„We stayed for 3 nights ,lodging is not worth for NRI no staff only one attendant 24hrs no room space no housekeeping linen also dirty no restaurant .Lodging entrance look chawl difficult to locate Rats moving freely outside hotel. This lodging only fit for bachelor should be rated below 2“

„We got a free room upgrade which was much appreciated. The staff is very professional and accommodated all our needs. Breakfast has a wide variety of foods for every taste including good croissants. For dinner we ate at the restaurant Artisan which was also good - albeit quite pricey by local standards. “
