„Modern hotel and very clean. Unfortunately service is very poor. Had to wait 1 hour in the restaurant for our food even though it was almost empty. Also, the level of English speaking is not great so it’s hard to communicate as a foreigner. Did laundry service which took much longer to get back then what was communicated. “

„Das Hotel konnte man sehr schnell mit dem DAMRI von Jakarta aus erreichen. Die Zimmer sind recht modern eingerichtet, jedoch sehr klein. Leider war im Zimmer meiner Eltern eine Kakerlake. In meinem waren Ameisen. Wer nicht schläft wie ein Stein, wird morgens um 4 vom Lärm der Moschee geweckt. Spätestens gegen 8 wacht man auf, da es auf dem Flur auch recht laut wird. Praktisch ist, dass ein Einkaufszentrum nur ca 100m entfernt ist“

„I stayed here for 1 night in Family Room because this hotel near from Asiop Football Field which my child had football competition on the next day. I was quite shocked that they charged breakfast fee to my 6 years old child (half price). I found this not usual, since i never got charged for breakfast of child under 7 years old. My older child (8 years old) is also got charged half price, but i was fine because other hotels some charged and other didnt charge. I only spent around 10 minutes ...

„We had a great service from The 101 Hotel. We were warm welcomed and had no problem at all with the service. Our room (a Suite with City Panorama) was also big enough & from our balcony we could see the Salak Mountain. All mineral water in our room are free including the drinks in cool storage (I couldn’t say it’s a refrigerator, because it wasn’t cold at all). The Breakfast was rich and had many choices (it was also delicious). We could just simply say, this hotel is superb, more than many ...
