„This was such a cute little cottage. Perfect for our group of 4. Beds were comfortable. Everything was visually pleasing. Well stocked. Owner took the time to fill planters with spring flowers. Area was quiet and peaceful . Wasn’t too far from the town where there were lots of cute little shops and bars. And the sunset views were stunning!! Didn’t like how far out of the way we had to drive to check in but that was a minor detail. Would definitely stay again.“

„Very well updated property! What looks to be a former fishing cabin is very well renovated with a nice living area including full kitchen. Easy drive to all Door County has to offer. Updated bathroom and laundry area. Outdoor area is well set up for the site with chairs, fire pit and bag toss. Only problem- in early June it was too buggy to enjoy it. „Such a gorgeous place in the woods. The interior is beautiful and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen that included a coffee bar and a great assortment of spices for cooking. The owner also left a bottle of wine and some chocolates! I highly recommend this rental.“

Lakeside is on Sand Bay, and a few hundred yards in front is Riley Bay. Water on two sides. Property is within 15 minutes of our two favorite boat ramps to fish the Sturgeon Bay Area. „This was our second stay and we stayed for 5 nights. We love it as it is dog friendly, clean and quaint. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill station, hammock and kayaking during sunsets. The views are incredible outside and from the inside. We stayed off season so it was quite chilly, but you can always warm up in the indoor sauna:). Great hiking opportunities in the nearby state parks (Newport and Death Door Bluff), The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!“
