„We had bugs (cockroaches) in our room, there was mold and mildew in the shower, the sink plug got stuck closed, the light by the door didn't work, the guests next to us were loud till midnight and someone was smoking pot in the room next to us and outside.“

The front desk clerk was pleasant and got me checked in quickly. During the check-in process, I noticed a lot of foot traffic, with children playing and adults constantly coming in and out of the building. This prompted me to ask about noise levels at night. „Das Bad, Badewanne, Boden, Decke war extrem dreckig und abgenutzt, besonders die Badewanne wurde scheinbar noch nie richtig gereinigt. Anlage um das Hotel herum auch extrem verschmutzt und ungepflegt, regelrecht vergammelt. Regelmäßige Zimmerreinigung kostet extra. Mülltonnen übervoll und nur unregelmäßig geleert. Wir können dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen und werden auch nicht wieder hier herkommen. Sehr schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.“

I found hair in them the first night and I was so tired that I just took the sheets off and bought my own. The room just did not feel like it had been properly cleaned at all.“

„The property itself was great, the hotel is kept up nicely. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the room we stayed in (room 406) reeked of dog pee in the carpets, if the air conditioner wasn’t on high the smell was overwhelming. It is a pet friendly hotel, and accidents happen. My home is pet friendly as well, I don’t let my animals urinate on the floors at home, if they did I’d have the floors cleaned professionally with an enzyme cleaner. I expected more from a Hilton Hotel.“

„This hotel is a new property. The rooms are very well appointed with a full size refrigerator, kcup coffee maker, and ccok top stove. The gym is also well equipped with cardio machines, full rack of free weights, and a weight machine. Mr Charles and his staff were very kind and friendly. Always greeting me and speaking as I came and went. I felt safe in the parking lot and building as I was traveling alone. I will be booking this properly in the future for my stays.
