A cottage (detached) that sleeps 9 guests in 4 bedrooms

Bay Tree Cottage is on Sunrise Drive, close to the archery and other amenities. This is a unique property specially designed to sleep up to 9 people, ideal for adult groups or families with young children.

Enter through the front door into the spacious hallway with cloakroom.

To the left is a kingsize bedroom with TV, storage and ensuite shower room. Across the hallway is the open plan living space perfect for family time. There's a large leather corner sofa set and wall-mounted TV with netflix. The dining table can seat 10 people, and there's a galley kitchen too with appliances*. Two sets of bifold doors make this space light and airy. Outside is a seating area with table and chairs.

Upstairs there is a large landing with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom off.

The main bedroom is a double with TV, storage and ensuite shower room. There is a further kingsize bedroom. The fourth bedroom has a single bed and bunk beds. There is a good sized family bathroom with bath and shower over.

There's a parking space with EV charger, and other spaces nearby for further vehicles. Please note the parking bay sleepers can be uneven and slippery when wet.

For the EV charger, simply download the Tapelectric app on arrival, and charge whenever you wish (charges apply).

* Please note the following regarding the kitchen size - there is only an under-counter fridge with small ice box, and a separate small fridge, so there is no freezer space. The dishwasher is a slimline model. There is also a washing machine, microwave, standard oven, and hob. If you are a large number of guests and/or plan to cook a lot or need freezer space, then one of our other properties might be more suitable so contact us for advice.
* Whilst all 4 bedrooms are a generous size with their own TVs, we have limited numbers of guests to 8 (with a max of 6 adults) but we can consider 9 people and more adults on request so please contact us to discuss.
