„I stayed in the 4 bed female dorm unfortunately a lot of girls from diffrent rooms (they have their own bathrooms) used our bathroom. they had to walk trough our room to the balcony where the bathroom is located even in the night. They always let the door to the balcony open so many mosquitos came in. The main door of our rooms can't be really closed (2 wing door). So you hear all the noise from the rooftop/ common area with the loud music. Location is great. Food is delicious. Staff friendly. “

„Worst experience ever, firstly they took for ver to check me in as they hadn’t received the payment while one of your agents also spoke to them and tried to confirm the payment was done but still they wouldn’t let us in for an hour or so and the gave us a bad room with wet, swollen walls and room was smelling muggy. Then comes the bed, pillows were dirty with stains and when pointed to the staff, they arrogantly says what’s wrong with it however they did change it for another shabby ones. Floors ...

„Frühstück war mehr als einfach- erst am letzten Tag bevor die Chefin mich zwecks Bewertung sprechen wollte wurde eine Auswahl präsentiert, auf Anfrage bekam man was man wollte. Dachterrasse ist Wäschestation der Angestellten, Bettwäsche war bei Ankunft nicht gewechselt. Die Zimmer sind wahnsinnig laut da direkt an der Straße und die Fenster sehr schlecht. Total überteuert und nicht ansprechend insgesamt.“

„No Room Service. A/C maintained from the reception. They don't give you the remote for A/C. Though booked for 3 adults deluxe room provided only 2 bedded room. Room is not well maintained.TV channels limited only free channels you can see they have not subscribed with the channels. No Restaurant of it's own. 1 St. Day We were puzzled . Left the hotel in 3 days though booking was of 4 nights.“

„The booking was overpriced as for the same period the rates were 40% less. It shows that online booking is to cheat people. „On day 1, I could I have given this property 5 stars for the service they provided. They waiting for us late and provided us with hot dinner even after the dinner service was closed. The staff was courteous and very helpful. „The bathroom had a smell to it, even when I spayed it multiple times. The smell stayed. I didn’t want to use the bathroom because of that. The area around the guest house was convenient, 15 min walk to Assi Ghat. A bunch of 3 wheelers around. List of tea stall. The room was okay. The bathroom not so much. “

„The bathroom was stinky, and the handle was broken. No inhouse kitchen for breakfast etc. Towels were not clean. Lipstick marks were all over towel. Room was not clean. The bedsheet and pillow were stinking. The only advantage was that it is walking distance from BHU main gate.“
