„The place was very nice, clean, and spacious. Unfortunately, it was so far from what a person would call a ski up location that I am blown away by the advertising of such. I was very much looking forward to my first skiing vacation with a ski up, but I guess that will have to wait for another time.“

„Horrible. The property totally misrepresented the amenities. The hot tub, sauna and pool were out of commission for months. None of those amenities were available. I canceled but the place refused to give me my money back saying I missed the 24 hour cancelation period. Yes, after booking they sent an an email late at night saying those amenities weren't available and I had 24 hours to check my email and then cancel. Stay far away from this property. “

„Well appointed, no instructions for managing heat/cool and boiler (in basement? or in apartment?) on and off every few minutes (all night long for three nights). Clean, quite small and very dark. Bedside or low level lamps would be helpful. “

„Condo was fine, but not as advertised. While ski hill views were promised, a highway one was received. Check-in process was not clear, no email was received prior to arriving. A follow up note had to be sent to gain access. Accessing the wifi was a similar experience. Overall we enjoyed are trip, but the lack of up front communication and the not as advertised view took away from the experience. “

"Mountain View meaning straight away on the highway - loud and not a chance to get a room in the back. Breakfast of really poor quality - only fresh product remaining was one last orange an hour before the end of breakfast.specifically as an European I will never understand the throw away plastic cutlery concept. Takes away the breakfast rooms rustic charme in a blink of an eye - Canada you can do better. Staff seemed modestly motivated, along with the overall state of the premises. Unused potential nestled between the mountains."
