„Positiv: - Der abgeschlossene Parkplatz am Haus ist super. - Der (kostenfreie) Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß über den Garten erreichbar. - Der Garten ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll hergerichtet. - Der Herr des Hauses (Georgio?) ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Negativ: - Das Bad ist sehr eng. Insbesondere fühlen sich größere Menschen in der engen Dusche nicht sehr wohl. - Der Zugverkehr ist etwas nervig. - Das Frühstück muss umgestellt worden sein. Literally 1 minute walk to Fermo central square with good restaurants and opportunity to watch the local world walk by. Also 2 major attractions nearby massive ancient Roman cisterns and an old palace with impressive ancient library and a 12 foot high globe of the world from the 1700s“
