„We stayed close to Heathrow for an early flight. Perfect for us family of four. Comes with secure parking which was a massive plus. Kitchen well equipped for a long stay. Everything was clean. Beds were not the comfiest. But was ok for a night. “

„Not good but was manageable for 1 night…was only there for 1 night. Slow check-in. No toilet roll in room had to ask reception. Toilet blocked after one flush looked like days old feaces toilet clogged with the feaces remaining on the surface. Toilet water brown and extremely smelly. Reception informed they stated come and use the toilet at the reception when needed bearing in mind we were on the 5th floor. Staff reported no maintenance was on site at the time to address the problem. Room ...
