„Great place secluded in Port Mansfield. A bit challenging to park a boat inside the gated enclave. All in all a great experience!“

„Dining options are limited. Freezer and refrigerator freezer smelled over powering of fish but this is a fishing community. Everything was adequate, cabin was clean. Got to see deer and a fawn right in the yard. There is no grocery store so plan accordingly and Mondays and Tuesdays there no places open for breakfast. I would recommend this lil cabin. Had good Wi-Fi and good selection of tv apps. “

„Beware! Upon check in we immediately noticed a musty smell. Many surfaces in home were dusty and had been not cleaned. The home had water damage in the master bathroom with wood paneling coming off the wall and we found curtains with numerous large stains and broken loose tiles in the dining room. The downstairs bedroom smelled of water damage and had wood paneling coming off the wall. We found dead bugs in the showers and sinks. The refrigerator was dirty. We found droppings in the kitchen ...

„Great location and perfect home for a large family. Fairly clean only exception would be the Mold growing on ceiling and walls in downstairs bathroom. Likely from being closed up and lack of circulation. Several of the sinks and shower drains running slow and seemed clogged. Other than that everything good! Easy to access and property management company easy to reach and quick with responses.“

The house was impeccably clean and accurately depicted in the listing. The location was ideal, offering convenient access to everything we needed. „We liked the small house. Kids especially liked the firepit for making smores. Fishing wasnt the best but thats why its called fishing not catching. Only down side was the shower its tiny. Im not a large man but i felt like Shaquille O'Neil in that shower.“

„I came here with a bunch of friends and family. There was 7 of us and the house was very nice and spacious. The house is at the nicer end of the island and the beach and pool was very nice. Loved that every room had its own bathroom. The description said all bedrooms had a TV which wasn't true, only the 2 king bedrooms. My only complaint which isn't a deal breaker was the minimal seating outside. They have a lovely wraparound porch upstairs but not enough to accommodate everyone. We would ...
