„Pros:
- receptionist was great
- very fast check in
Cons:
- For a “hotel” I expect having basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste.
- the room was clean for the most part. The bathroom had a foul, mildew smell and was greasy. Which felt very unhygienic for a 4-star establishment“

„The rooms are great. But the process to get there was awful.
I booked using Expedia 3 weeks out and chose the pay at check in option. Received a welcome letter via Expedia from the property and nothing else. Upon arrival, I was informed that they had cancelled my reservation 5 hours prior to my arrival and were fully booked.
After some unfortunate choice words, I was finally able to get a room.
The property itself is great, the parking is non existent.“

„Initial reaction was not great, however this property was suitably comfortable to stay for a short period. The toilet was miles away from the bathroom. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived. There were alot of structural defects and gaps in the walls. Many of the windows did not have fly screens. Some power points did not work. No fans, backyard was overgrown and no clothes line. Despite all this, the communication from the host was excellent and the TV was large and reliable internet. ...
