„Stayed for a Father’s Day weekend with a buddy to fly fish. The cabin was perfect, as was the location. The property makes it seem as if you’re in a remote location, but it’s a 3 minute drive into town. The land itself is beautiful, and really well kept. As for the cabin, it was perfect. Clean, comfortable and with everything you’d need. Its location to the river system was great, and we couldn’t have asked for more..“

„Ww had a lovely, relaxing time at bear pause cabin! Amenities are nice! Very quiet area for relaxing and giving yourself much needed peace of mind from everyday stress. The weather wasn't the best when we were there, but we still got in some fishing time and walks on trails. Also went to different small towns for day trips and went to museums, parks and antique shops! C.J. was wonderful and helpful with our stay at bear pause cabin!“

„Beautiful spot! Great hot tub. Went on the paddle boat and zip line, talked to a very cute pig. Bring your own water for coffee (there’s a machine with plenty of keurig pods) and drinking. We cooked on the gas grill and used the fire pit each night. There’s a shower but no sink, which was a bit awkward for washing dishes and brushing teeth. Owner might want to install one in or near the shower. Otherwise totally chill, charming, and private. Never met owner, but he communicated well. “

„Cute little cabin in the woods. Very comfortable for the two of us. It had everything we needed for our stay, and anything else we may have needed was not far away in town. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there, but we did get to spend at least one night out by the camp fire. Definitely a good place for a getaway for a couple.“

„We stayed at this house for a quick getaway with our children and their aunts and uncles. Weather looked dicey, but we got lucky and were able to enjoy all that the lake had to offer! The kayaks were wonderful, and in terrific condition. Even when there was a bit of rain, everyone decided to stay at the house, rather than heading out to do an indoor activity…we felt at home and there was plenty to do! „From the beginning, communication was great...very responsive to my questions.This is a beautiful property. The house was right on the Lake with awesome views from the large windows, the deck and from the firepit area right below. It was a great experience and i couldnt be happier. You wont be dissapointed.“

„The loft was so homey and inviting. My husband and I loved the convenience of walking everywhere in the town and coming back to a private relaxing apt that we felt safe and comfortable in. There were so many great restaurants ranging from pizza, subs to Chinese food or wonderful Italian restaurants and the Lake Wally Cafe was small but great food! We loved our stay and my husband even said he’d like to stay longer next time. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit ...

„Charming shabby chic cottage with appropriate sized furniture and lots of small tables to move around for individual needs. Star rating based on price point. Immediate area hotel rooms are substandard or very pricey. This is refreshing with options of cooking/barbecue. Cottage built into hillside and back property upper level has beautiful morning sunrise views. Morning Sun also streams into living room and kitchen. Close to town by car, not walkable.
