„They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. “

„Easy access and good location. Spacious living area and bedrooms. Bathroom and shower clean and good. Kitchen well equipped but could use some new cutlery and pots. Sofa in living area not really comfortable and mattresses felt quite worn. It did get quite hot in the flat every day - luckily there were 2 functioning fans.“

We had everything we needed - including a hob and oven, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, as well as the standard hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The building is secure, and despite being close to Oxford Road, we were not disturbed by traffic noise. We were staying at the apartments during the heatwave, and a powerful fan was provided, which was helpful as we were on the top floor and had skylight-style windows, which meant it was ...

"Das Hotel liegt nah am Flughafen, mit Uber/Taxi 5 Minuten. Zudem sind auch Bus-Verbindungen vorhanden, der Shuttlebus fährt leider nur einmal pro Stunde, der Rest sind LInienbusse. Wir haben das Hotel nur zum Schlafen gebraucht, diesen Zweck hat es erfüllt, alles andere wurde nicht genutzt und kann nicht beurteilt werden. Personal beim Check-in ein wenig langsam, verwechselte zudem (mal wieder) Schweiz und Schweden, keine Ahnung was mir Radisson danach per Mail auf schwedisch mitteilen wollte :-)"
