„This is just what we needed. The property is beautiful and the location remote enough to feel a total peace. The porch is phenomenal. We very much enjoyed the swing porch swings and spend a lot of time there. Our host was amazing. She answered questions and provided information as needed. We will be back for some more rest and relaxation.“

„The "Isle of View" was the perfect location for my friends and I. Situated a little more than an hour from Baton Rouge and New Orleans, we were able to visit both cities and retreat to the quiet castle at night. The resident Hemingway cat that oversaw the property was very affectionate. Bring cat treats! We will stay again. Thank you Marcus.“

„The house was nice, good location, easy check in/out. My only complaint is that the water from the pipes had a bit of a smell to it (the faucets and the shower). Other than that everything was as advertised. Great for our Mardi Gras trip. “

„This stay was great!! The most fully stocked cabin I have been too! It was very clean and neat! We had so much fun on the river fishing and kayaking. Hanging out underneath the house with all the seats and hot tub was awesome! We enjoyed the scenery and the kids had fun playing games and the pool table was also awesome! “

„Creek is moving water so hardley any mosquito. Coldest creek in LA perfect for toddlers to play in the shallow water. Lots of small fish for kids to catch. The house has the essential for cooking pots pans etc. Because your 20mins from a McDonalds dont believe google when it says 10 mile. We came to LA to see family in the area. Would come back to this place when we come back to LA. “

„When a group a family who isn’t related but is more like family than actual family needs to get together for a long weekend, this is the place to stay. We had multiple families stay here, we organized meals to split between all the families, and we had plenty enough room for all of us. The detached cottage was adorable. „I was in town visiting family and needed a comfortable place to stay—and this sweet cottage on the horse farm was absolutely perfect.
