„My wife really liked the rustic feel of the place and was impressed with how clean it was at the same time. For me, it felt like a retirement property that I’d had for years, it was very welcoming. We didn’t take advantage of the water (kayaks, fishing, etc..) but we had friends over and used the grill to cook. We’d take our dogs outside in the back of the house and there was never any problem. „Beautiful condo with a great patio view of the ocean. Very clean, plenty of parking. Quick drive to historic St Augustine, Anastasia SP, lighthouse. If you plan on fixing and serving meals bring everything you need, no mixing or serving bowls. No containers, ziplock bags, tinfoil or saran wrap. Coffee maker works well. Loved the shower, great water pressure and hot water. Bring your own body wash, shampoo and conditioner as none of these are provided. There are little hotel soaps, but they do ...

„This property was perfect. Communication was great with the host prior to arriving. Due to a cancellation from another guest, the host upgraded my reservation to a bigger apartment. I loved the double security being a single female traveler. There was a locked door at the Street level as well as the keypad to get into my apartment. I will definitely choose this property in the future when I travel for work.“

„Six adults and one grandchild in town for a wedding. Loved having everybody under one roof! House was spotless on our arrival; Jennifer let us know we could check in early if we wanted to. House was well stocked and beds nice and comfy. Very convenient location, just a few minutes drive to church and reception. Also within walking distance of town square and multiple restaurants.Would definitely stay there again.“
