„We were looking for a lakefront property close to Milledgeville and with a nearby boat ramp. This property fit the bill. A plus was the wildlife. We saw deer on or close to the property every day. The next door neighbors were friendly and a joy to converse with. Will return “

„We all loved this place. The house, the back yard and the location were beautiful! The hosts had everything you could possibly need or want. Great communication with hosts. And even a few surprises. The kayaks and floating dock were a big hit! Our dogs had fun too, despite the rain. We all agreed that we want to live there. Thanks for a great experience!“

„Property was as described, clean, had everything we needed. Traveled with pets and yard and water area was great for them. Home had plenty of space. Location on the lake was very good, very quiet and peaceful. Porch area was nice, plenty of space to relax and a large table for eating. We enjoyed our stay.“

„Our stay was great! This place has an amazing yard and dock. Easy access into the water for our kayaks and paddle boards. There are houses close to each other all up and down the lake, but we appreciated that this yard had a bit of privacy and tree coverage from the neighbors. House had everything we needed and then some; even stocked with snacks and sauces, cooking spray, spices, etc. We also appreciated the set up of the living room and kitchen- accommodating for our group of adults.“

„We had the best weekend at Lake Sinclair (me, husband, two adult sons and our doggie). Driving to the house we saw deer everywhere, pulled into the driveway and I was speechless. The view… it is breathtaking! Launched our boat at Anchors marina (5 launch fee and only two minutes from the house). Caught a huge catfish from the boat dock which is very nice and an easy walk from the house. The kitchen is well stocked and Kroger is just a short drive away. Enjoyed cooking a few meals in the kitchen ...

"Wenn beim Aussteigen aus dem Auto zunächst ein ausgewachsenes Exemplar einer Küchenschabe in den Blick kommt, sinken die Erwartungen. Diese wurden aber deutlich übertroffen, der Checkin war problemlos, das Zimmer im Obergeschoss sauber, geräumig und auf den ersten Blick frei von Insekten. Insofern kann ich die negativen Bewertungen der letzten Zeit weder nachvollziehen noch bestätigen. Allerdings könnte die Waschmaschine auch eine Reinigung vertragen."
