„Room looked like the pictures which was a pleasant surprise! No false advertising. The bedroom was beautiful and the kids lived having their own room, and we loved having separate bathrooms. There was a drip coffee and a k-cup machine (so you know what kind of coffee to buy). The only downfall was the king bed box spring was collapsed on one side so the mattress sinks in that spot- sleeping with a toddler left it inevitable not to end up sleeping there. „Our stay at the Majestic Resort was everything we hoped for and more! We stayed in a 2-bedroom condo on the 4th floor, and the location was absolutely perfect — just high enough to enjoy incredible Gulf views, but low enough to quickly access the beach and pools without long elevator waits. "Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Sehr schöner Pool, wenn auch etwas klein und leider ohne Sonnenschirme. Alle Zimmer mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer. Frühstück etwas dürftige Auswahl, sonst ok. "

"Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der Fotos bei Expedia gebucht. Vor Ort sahen die Zimmer bei weitem nicht so aus. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Personal beschweren sich viele Gäste darüber, dass die Zimmer nicht aussehen wie dargestellt. Runtergekommene Zimmer, die seit Jahrzehnten nicht renoviert wurden. Sehr hellhörig alles. Die Gäste Laundry absolut ekelhaft. Alle Trockner und Waschmaschinen mit Schimmel übersäht. Wir konnten in diesem Hotel nicht bleiben und haben storniert. Auch hier absolute Katastrophe. Da wir über Expedia gebucht haben, haben wir das Kundenportal kontaktiert. Hier wird man an irgendjemanden weitergeleitet, der einem nach langem hin und her nicht weiterhelfen kann und einen dann an eine andere Stelle weiterleitet. Das Ganze Spiel ging 5 mal, denn man wurde immer wieder aus dem Chat geschmissen und musste das Problem erneut aufführen. Nach langem hin und her, hat das Hotel nach Kulanz storniert und uns die erste Nacht komplett und Resort Gebühr in Rechnung gestellt (insgesamt ca 230,00Euro) obwohl wir nicht dort geblieben sind. Geplant waren dort ursprünglich 4 Nächte. Die Antwort vom Expedia Kundenportal: die Zimmer sind nur eine Abbildung von dem was man als Zimmer bekommt und man kann nicht darauf bestehen. Ja, das ist mir schon klar. Aber die Fotos im Internet sehen in KEINSTER Art und Weise dem ähnlich wie es in der Realität aussieht. Die Lage des Hotels ist richtig schön. Das kann ich bestätigen. Ich würde das Hotel NICHT buchen! "

"Schönes Hotel, direkt am Strand gelegen. Sehr großzügige Zimmer, gute Ausstattung. Poollandschaft ist beheizt, auch ein Hallenbad vorhanden. Kostenloses Wasser und Kaffee ganztägig vorhanden. Frühstück typisch für US-Verhältnisse. Allerdings gibt es „echte“ Teller, was sehr besonders ist. Ansonsten gibt wirklich nichts zu meckern. Autoparkplatz: 20$ pro Tag"
