„House is lovely and inviting, just like the pictures. The entrance stairs are a little steep, but manageable. Very spacious, open and comfortable. Great place to spend relaxing. Close access to several state recreation areas for boat ramp. Quaint country store about 3 miles from the house with good food and milk shakes. Will definitely be going back.“

„This is such a a great place to get "away from it all"! There are fun floats available, and paddleboards and kayaks if you're more adventurous. The house itself is nestled in some trees right on the lake. The screened porch is perfect for morning coffee, and there is a nice gravel path down to the water. „I may suggest to the host to make more precise info about direction. We were coming at sunset time and got very distracted with beauty of surroundings and could not find the rowboat street. But post office lady brought us to the house . „4 old fishing buddies stayed 4 days and had a great time. This lake house and the boat are terrific. Valerie is the perfect host and she didn't mind coming and helping out when I couldn't figure out the digital lock. The house was clean and well appointed and Valerie pays attention to detail. „This is an awesome house for a large family. We visited with 5 toddlers and tween. The tween had fun kayaking, fishing, playing table tennis and pool. The adults lived the fact that the toddlers (who wake up at 6am) could not be heard anywhere in the house in they were in the basement. Everyone was happy. Loved the sun room! The view was amazing and was close enough to a grocery store. Amazing property!!!!“

„This house matches its pictures! We vacation to a different spot every spring. We commented the entire week that this house might be our favorite! So many outdoor activities for kids and adults. We kayaked, paddle boarded, cruised around the lake on the pontoon boat, tackled the culvert (!!), jumped off the boat and swam in the lake, had drinks at the Pointe by boat, floated on tubes off the dock, fished off the dock, kids swam in the pool, and we had a fire every night! „Lovely, quit part of Lake Gaston, and the perfect house for our group of 7 remote colleagues to get some in-person time. Both main levels of the house are basically self-contained spaces with bedrooms, bathrooms and even a second kitchen downstairs! House is in like-new condition and lakeviews are beautiful. Boathouse/dock is well-equipped and has plenty of room for lounging/swimming.“

„One of the best properties I have ever stayed in. We had 8 adults and had more than enough room. The fire pit and hot tub were fabulous and the lake toys, paddle boards, kayaks, life vests, floats, you name it the house had it. The house over all was stocked with everything you could need. The only thing was our food and the hosts were fantastic! Very responsive with any questions we had. I highly recommend and would go back if visiting Lake Gaston“
