„Stayed July 3–5, 2025 with my wife via VRBOWe had a fantastic stay at Bolstad West for the holiday weekend. The location truly can’t be beat—steps from the beach, right by the boardwalk, and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Long Beach. Fireworks on the beach were next-level, and it was amazing to watch the chaos and color unfold right outside the property.The unit itself was clean, quiet, and tastefully furnished, with a cozy vibe that made it feel like home. ...

„Eine der besten kleinen Unterkünfte die wir bis jetzt besucht hatten. Superlage, alles durchdacht, toll eingerichtet, schöner Außenbereich. Die viel befahrene Strasse war zuhören, gerade wenn Trucks vorbei fuhren, hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir würden wieder kommen, sehr zuempfehlen.“

„We loved this property. It is very well stocked in the kitchen...with spices and coffee fixings. The bathroom was also well stocked. The walk to the beach is private and very close, with amazing views of the sunset. From the art table, to the telescope...my grandson loved it. It was very dog friendly, which made the trip better for all of us. If you want a place off the beaten track and not in the busy town...but close enough to easily go...this is your spot. “

„We were on a family trip with three children. We stayed in the serendipity cottage. The children really appreciated the games that were available. The entire cottage was beautifully decorated very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and gadgets you need. Two bathrooms is a lifesaver with a family! The location is so nice! It's close to everything and not right in the middle of all the business. We receive multiple communications from the owners checking in on this and ...

„We’ve now stayed at this property twice and will continue for our annual Doggy Vacation (we bring our pup here every year…she LOVES the beach!). It’s clean, the perfect size and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. We love that it’s outside the main town; just a short, beautiful walk through the dunes and you’re at the beach…where most often, you have it to yourselves. No crowds, peaceful and wonderful!“

„The house is in a wonderful location to walk to anywhere in town, and has great river views. I was very impressed with how clean and organized it he space was. Lots of thoughtful details in the living room of furniture pieces with multiple uses. Communication with the hosts was also prompt. Love having a little green space around the property as well. “

„We had a wonderful time with friends. It was a short drive to every place we wanted to go. Jack's Mercantile was amazing and we enjoyed the Cranberry Museum. Being elderly, next time we'll get a two bathroom place. The door lock was a challenge at times. We were able to relax and I didn't do any yard work which needed attention.“

„Cute, historic apartment. It was comfortable and located a short walk from most of Astoria. Already looking forward to visiting again.“

„We liked the firepit and the pond. The cottage is cute and well- stocked. It was not cleaned well after the last guest. We found food in two different areas. The carpets had not been vacuumed. We couldn't find kitchen towels and the tvs were difficult to use.“

"Wir waren hier für 3 Übernachtungen. Das Motel liegt ein paar Minuten ausserhalb von Astoria und etwas erhöht am Ufer des Columbia River. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick über den Fluss. Das Motel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert werden. Die Betten sind eindeutig zu weich und durchgelegen. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber und in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen und war eins der Besten auf unserem USA Trip. Der Preis war mit $226 für Juni schon hoch, man bezahlt halt die Lage."

"Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber. Die Betten bequem. Für eine Nacht die richtige Unterkunft. Das includierte Frühstück ist jedoch eine Katastrophe. Aufgetaute Industrieartikel einzeln verpackt zum Aufwärmen in der Microwelle. Wir haben uns entschlossen darauf zu verzichten und sind stattdessen im Dorf in ein Cafe. "
