„We had such a relaxing time staying here. Our host Tracy went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. The fresh lemonade, cinnamon rolls, farm fresh eggs, coffee bar, and the extensive amenities of the house itself create the perfect getaway. „Pros- Very clean, peaceful, and nicely decorated. Asthethically, very beautiful.Cons- Our bathroom towels in master bath were damp, and the person who lives across the street parks directly at the end of the driveway making it difficult for vehicles to back out of the driveway. Overall, we definitely recommend staying with this host and would stay again. Thank you! “

„Would give a higher than 5 rating if possible, absolutely floored with the beauty of the property and home. Also, the ease of access to the home and responsiveness of the host was second to none. „We had a great time. Pier was perfect, weather not so much. Windy and rough but we were still able to catch a ton of fish. The sheets on the queen bed were the softest best smelling sheets I have ever slept on. House had everything you could want. Host was very responsive when asked questions. Will definitely be back.“

„We will keep coming back! Host is responsive, very attentive to needs and questions. This property is incredibly immersed in nature setting on private marshland - and the camper cabin is comfortable and has been nice and clean and relaxing. My family gives 5 stars because it’s unbelievable how relaxing a getaway it is and the outdoor barn, kitchen and bathroom are dreamy - not to mention the incredible fishing pier that is well maintained “

„We only stayed one night. Amazing little place. We got a stunning lightning/ thunderstorm, however the power went out for a bit. Only rec would be flashlights! lol the home was clean and cozy. I Personally enjoy a lot of pillows on the bed, so that might be something to consider! Otherwise perfect little quiet escape. “

„This home is a perfect get-a-way if you want to experience blissful Matagorda Bay. The amenities were all complete to provide a quiet and peaceful time at the bay waters edge and much more. The pier was perfect for fishing, even if you catch no fish! The sun rises and sun sets will amaze and touch your soul finding absolute inner peace. The description of the property was very accurate, with the screened-in porch a real bonus. “

„Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Es ist zwar alt aber sauber und ziemlich instand gehalten. Die Umgeist sehr ruhig. In der Nachsaison haben wir kaum Menschen gesehen. Das mag aber auch an den heißen Temperaturen gelegen haben. Diese haben uns dann aber verleitet Baden zu gehen..Schwimmen unter freiem Himmel im Oktober ist schon genial. Wir haben es sehr genossen.“

„Seadrift is small, and quieter than Rockport. Full porch overlooks water, facing south. 2021 full remodel. In-unit laundry. 2nd bedroom is loft over kitchen/living room area and 3rd BR on ground level. A number of higher end touches, like a bidet. Comfortable king sleep number bed. Fine getaway to warmer weather for me and my wife!“
