„Enjoyable stay in a cute little cabin. Cabin was clean and fairly private. We especially enjoyed spending the evenings by the fire pit. Great location to be able to visit the many state parks in the area. We do wish the bed would have been a little more comfortable, but that's individual choice so may be perfect for someone else. All in all, we would definitely stay there again if in the area.“

„Stayed 1 night as a pitstop. We did 4 of the falls in 1 day after leaving Nashville on our way to Gatlinburg & thought this would be a good place as half way point to stay a night. Camper & grounds were clean. Host was polite & lit a bonfire for us. Closest town doesn't have much for food only downfall for us that night. Would stay again.“

„This is an absolute gem! Talk about unplugging with family and friends and enjoying the outdoors! We rode trails on our golf carts- fished, played pickleball, basketball, card games, bucket golf, our dogs ran and played! We cooked wonderful meals in the outdoor kitchen area- enjoyed the fire pits- made smores- jumped on the trampoline and so much more! We can’t wait to go back! So glad I stumbled across this listing“

„Grant was wonderful...from escorting us to our lovely cabin to telling stories about fairies. The cabin was so comfy. Had lots of amenities, whish were appreciated! After a great overnight thunderstorm, the falls were flowing much better which was one of our main reasons for going. Also visited Foster Falls, which was great!! We'd stay again!“

„This is an incredible property with a beautiful long views and plenty of privacy. The cabins were spectacular - a rustic feel but everything you need. We hiked, enjoyed the sauna and hot tub, roasted marshmallows, and ate fresh eggs for breakfast. The kids loved the farm animals. We’ll definitely be back. “

Very quiet neighborhood with some family restaurants close by. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and very easy check in. We enjoyed our short stay in Pikeville! “

„We were in town for a family wedding. This was the perfect place to stay, close enough to town for any needs while being a peaceful, artistic getaway overlooking the river. Quiet mornings, listening to the birds and waterfall, while enjoying the woodsy view, and a cup of coffee. Photos portrayed the clean, colorful, and fun vibe perfectly.
