„This aparthotel exceeded expectations — perfectly located in the city centre, just a stone’s throw from Cardiff Central station, the river, and the beautiful Bute Park. Despite being so central, the apartment was very quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and stunningly decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The complimentary chocolate was a lovely touch and made me feel even more welcome. „Communication excellent. Instead of a 130cm wide bed upstais with balcony aganst which I complained we got a larger apartment with 200x200 cm wide beds. Apartment comfortable, staff did everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. A little far away from railway station, buses in the morning run seldom. You only get bathing towels, no additional towels for hand and face. Howver, the managers solved the problem. Huge glass tables in the living room, but nothing to protect the table. The ...

„Wir haben im 2.Stock ohne Lift gewohnt. Das Gebäude hat Charakter und die Zimmer sind schön groß. Allerdings war das Appartement schon etwas schmuddelig (Teppich), aber gerade noch ok.“

„Brand new amenities including baby cot, new appliances and furniture. Came with all the little things like spices and well equiped kitchen that you dont usually get in rentals. Clean and city center easy to walk everywhere highly recommend we loved it. Stayed for 2 weeks while visiting family and never had any issues. Courtesy calls from agency to check everything ok.“

All good

"Hotel was ok, room for three people with luggage a bit on the small side. Bathroom the same. All in all though great location, easy to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Parking in the station NCP just around the corner."
