„Wifi worked properly, but the water in the shower was little. Also they said there were two beds, but it was only one Queen with a terrible mattress, and a couch bed. We got no transportation from Airport to the Suites although it was offered on the website. The code for the door was promised in the morning, we got it in the late afternoon.“

„This is a really special place. Not only are you staying in one of the most well built air cabins you will ever find, you will be surrounded by the beauty of Alaska. From canoeing at the lake by the house to staying up late and seeing the northern lights, I will find a reason to stay here again. Thank you again for the lovely stay, I am incredibly grateful. “

„Michael and Victoria love what they do, and it shows. The cabin was clean and comfortable, fishing was productive and fun (and the dog showed us where the fish were!) and the gourmet meals were incredible! If we are back in the area, we'll be back for sure!“

„Family from Fairbanks and Anchorage met up to stay here for three days during the Valdez Fly In. Loved having the large dining table / bar area to enjoy preparing and eating our family meals. The beds were comfortable, lots of room for everyone. Great neighborhood. Wonderful communication with the owner. We hope to stay here again! “

„Quiet, clean, beautiful acreage, and excellent proximity to Valdez. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the picturesque view from the cabin was a memorable.“

„Although there is no indoor bathroom, the outhouse was more than adequate for folks who camp. The bed was comfortable, the host had the cabin warmed up and greeted us in a friendly manner and was happy to show us around their Alaska homestead. I would definitely recommend this spot as long as you don't mind some road noise“

„This cozy cabin had everything we needed for our Tenakee reunion. Located in the middle of town across the street from the bakery, general store and hot springs/bath house Laura and Uriah were the best hosts. They not only checked us in, but met us at the ferry dock and helped with our luggage! This place is a gem hidden in Alaska. We will be back“

„Very spacious and clean facility for our family of 4. The advertised place is in the basement of the dome house (not the dome) and host lives upstairs. They allow usage of the upstairs fireplace and grill outside. Very warm and considerate host. Glad we stayed here. “

"Wir wollten das Zimmer wechseln weil die Sprinkleranlage undicht war und die Toilette bei einmal abziehen verstopft war. Das Personal war unmotiviert unfreundlich und genervt.Das andere Zimmer war ganz okay. "

"Wir waren 1 Nacht dort. Das Zimmer war sauber aber sehr klein. Das Badezimmer war mit Badewanne und Toilette ausgestattet. War einwandfrei. Heute morgen gab es ein Frühstück, das wirklich sehr gut war. Die Lage ist auch gut, man ist relativ zentral.Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man kann die anderen gut hören."

"Ein historisches Haus, fast ein Museum. Die Saison ist kurz, die Preise für Übernachtungen sind überall hoch. Bereits der freundliche und unkomplizierte Empfang nachte Freude. Ich wusste, dass das Zimmer sehr einfach ist, also möglichst original und ohne Steckdose, Fernseher oder eigenem Bad. Das Frühstück auf der anderen Strassenseite ist sehr gut, die Auswahl aber eher gering. "
